Gretchen's Medical Updates

After assessing Mom’s Chest/Ltd abdomen CT, the interventional radiologists have decided not to biopsy the adrenal mass and instead will perform a CT-guided fine-needle biopsy on the junk in her Right Lung.

1. No crying; 2. No sad eyes; 3. No making Ted or Suzi cry. You may tell anyone you choose. Prayers are allowed. Please try not to call. emails ok.
I hugged her this morning and she puked, so I’d lay low on hugs if you get to see her. Emails are good: Gchap@aol.com

Mom said today that everyone should know her condition has deteriorated (her word) rapidly.  It has.  She has lost weight, has severe fatigue, has labored breathing with any activity.  She has been emailing a lot more today, so that’s cool.  She asks that no one call, please.  She is accepting prayers.  This has all happened very quickly and we are all in shock, to put it mildly.

Thank you all for being good friends to my Mom, you are really important to her and her family 😉
